Romp n' Roll

My friend Kate and I signed up our boys for a toddler gymnastics class. It's for 4 weeks on Tuesdays at Mt Scott Community Center. It's a lot of fun to watch the boys play and interact. Today was the 2nd class and both Ethan and Peyton jumped right in and were running all over playing with all the equipment. There's a bunch of mats, bars, balance beams, spring boards, and equipment to roll around. At the end of class the teacher gathers everyone and we all hold on to this big parachute and all the kids run underneath it. Then before we leave they get a stamp on their hand. They have a blast. The class is a half an hour, which flies by. Here's a few pictures:

Pumpkin Patch

Today we went to Sauvie's Island to get our pumpkins! This year Peyton had a blast running around the patch and watching all of the tractors. He was in 7th heaven on this tractor: He thought he was something, drivin' all by himself!

He would have stayed there forever

He hitched a ride from Daddy

They found our two pumpkins!!

Yep, this is the one!

So sweet...

Dad I think I can carry this one by myself!

Halloween party 10/25/2008

Last night we went to Amy and Ben's annual Halloween party. It was a lot of fun, and our little UPS man loved it too!

Not really thrilled about his costume at first:

B looked hilarious as the tequila poppin' mexican:

They had their garage decorated, it looked awesome. Fog machine, hence the foggy pictures:

Making cookies with mama

A few days ago I had Peyton help me make some peanut butter cookies. He did really well! He quickly learned if he licked his finger, it was much easier to pick up the sugar. Then...he found the measuring cup that I used for the peanut butter and tried to get a lick. I love how he's able to do these kind of things with me now. So fun!

On Wednesday it was Kate's birthday. Amy, Hunter, Kate, Ethan, Peyton and I all had breakfast at Francis Xavier's. Here's a picture that Amy took:

Caterpillar

Tonight right before bed, Brandon saw a fuzzy little caterpillar outside. Peyton loves caterpillars and had to say goodnight to it. Here's a video:
