Yesterday it started snowing when I left for work. I was so sad, because I wanted to play with Peyton. I was so glad when I woke up and there was still snow on the ground. Peyton and I headed out after breakfast. He had a blast. (Click on image to make it bigger)

Christmas 2009!
Wow I can't believe it's all over-what a whirlwind! Christmas Eve we went to B's Aunt Rochelle's house for a delicious prime rib/ham dinner and gift exchange. Peyton had a looong day with no nap and didn't get to bed until 10:45pm. We set out some cookies and milk for Santa and carrots for the reindeer...
Santa left a great layout for Mr. P....
He wasn't sure what to think...

He wasn't sure what to think...
Started out with his stocking...
This was the end of it...he LOVES his Dyson vacuum. After he opened this, nothing else mattered and it never left his side until he went to bed.
In heaven....
I got a great smile from B when he opened his P90X...
Drawing on his new easel Santa brought...
Finally took a break from the Dyson to play with his huge train table set...
Aaron popping some bubbly restaurant-style for our mimosas...
Giving Mama some Christmas love...I heart him.
B and I...
Opening his big gift from Grammy and Papa...his very own workbench...
My Roxy girl...
Grammy, Tori, and Mario...
B's parents opening our Blurb book that we made them...
B got a remote control helicopter from his parents that he really wanted...
Excited about his new Mini-Cooper...
B doing his scratch-its...
Then we went home, fed the dogs, and loaded more gifts in the car. Peyton was beat. He fell asleep hugging his Dyson of course...

Gingerbread house
Sunday night we put together our gingerbread house and let it sit for a day....
Then, last night after I got off work, Chef Peyton and I decorated it...

B's mom got him this outfit and it's so cute and hilarious...
I couldn't get him to stop eating the candies, but hey I would've done the same thing as a kid.

He did a pretty good job! Surprise, surprise Tootsie chewed one of the frosting bags. I have no idea how she got it. It was probably too close to the counter edge and she jumped up and got it. Free miniature Pischer, any takers?

Psycho dog
Cotton balls, Q-tips, crayons, lip gloss, markers, rubber bands, rubber stamps, candles, chapstick, head bands, bugs, slugs, worms, hair bands, wrappers, paper, plastic toys, stuffed animals, bag balm, foil, string...I could go on and on of all the things she's eaten. I don't know how her bowel has survived. She is the craziest dog. She's a miniature pinscher which is a high-strung breed, but she is just...I don't know...special I guess. I get so mad at her, but I also love her so much. She finds crazy things to eat and hides under our bed right in the middle where I can't reach her. Here she is eating an entire toilet paper roll. She's nuts.

Buddies
This morning Amy, Hunter, Kate, and Ethan came over for a gift exchange between the boys. All 3 of them had fun playing together and we had some good chatting. I'm thankful to have awesome friends and it's a perfect bonus that our boys are all so close in age. Thanks Kate and Amy!
