Right after Peyton had his first communion, he expressed interest in being an altar server to the coordinator at church. I was surprised! My parents always encouraged me to do this but I always said NO WAY, mostly because I was so shy. This kid never ceases to surprise me.
He only got an hour training about a month prior to his first mass but he did great! Each time he does it he gets better. There's a lot to remember and he has to be very precise.
