Last week we headed out to Wickiup Reservoir for our annual 8-day camping trip! The Saturday morning we left, Olivia woke up with a runny nose...which turned into a full-on, nasty cold (of course!). The kids both did pretty well for the 4-hour drive...Peyt was SO excited! By Tuesday, Olivia and B were miserable with this cold...so we decided that they would drive home for a few days and try and recoup. I have so many stories and memories from this trip, so I'll just do this...
A sick 18-month old and an excited but naughty 5-year-old, frog catching, fishing, sun bathing, wakeboarding, tubing, adult man screaming in the middle of the night (so scary!), deer, Steph attacked by bats, s'mores, washers, long stroller walks, chipmunks, cards, missing my mom so much, eating all day long, Sherri the medicine woman, dirty feet, bike riding, sticks, cold nights, hot days, Catch Phrase and the Name Game by the fire, friendship bracelet-making, lots of laughing, talking about old times by the fire, Olivia loving the boats....and so much more.
I'm about to overload with pictures...I took over 400 so it was hard to choose!
